This is my presentation for the AsiaCALL Conference that was held at Ho Chi Minh City Open University in Ho Chi Minh City between November 24th - 26th 2017. I adored Vietnam - it is vibrant, colourful, noisy, friendly and totally nuts! Crossing the road is something else...
This presentation is almost the last stage in a long-term project that I have undertaken on smartphones usage in university classrooms.

This was a interesting conference, the first time I have attended this conference. Valencia is a beautiful and small city in Spain and is certainly worth a visit. The weather was also lovely - which added to the atmosphere! The conference was truly international with participants from all over the world - only just one person from Hiroshima! Each presentation was limited to 15 minutes which in truth didn't give a lot of time to go into specifics - but did allow for quite a varied number of presentations. If these things are important the buffet lunches were outstanding! I'll happily attend this conference in the future.
Presentation given January 9th, 2017 in Honolulu, Hawaii

The conference is organised by IAFOR ( International Academic Forum) and was an enjoyable experience with an eclectic and varied number of presentation topics. As the number of conference attendees was around 150 it also enabled for more in-depth discussion with other presenters / attendees. The conference venue is a short walk / bus ride from the main Waikiki area and it is the first time I have presented with indoor palm trees! In summary a nice relaxing, but engaging conference.
